In the winter
If the Erzgebirge should choose a favorite season, the winter should be very far ahead. What's not going on, what can't you do there? From active and sporty in the white splendor to contemplative and cozy in the warm room - the mountains attract. At the beginning of the year we start skiing and sledding. Everyone who enjoys exciting competitions - cheers or even participates - is very welcome. The following 3 competitions take place in January and February due to the weather. The exact dates can be found in the current event calendar.
Giant Slalom - Open community championships at the Paulusberg ski lift
Anyone with a full swing can join in here. We start with the smallest from four years (Bambini), there is no limit to the age.

Saxony Master Cup at the Paulusberg ski lift for active athletes into old age
Anyone who has reached the age of 30 is a senior citizen and can participate if he is a member of an association in the SVS or in another DSV ski association. Vigorous athletes into old age are welcome. The 21-29 year olds are also allowed to start, but they then run outside of the Sachsen Master Cup.
